Location: Peoria, AZ

Pay: $115,000-$125,000

NOW CFO is working closely with our client who specializes in subspecialty healthcare to find a Controller with a strong background in the HealthCare Industry to join their team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee, supervise & train Accounting Department
• Develop SOP’s and best practices.
• Review vendor contracts, analyze savings potential.
• Approve vendor payments, monitor expenditures.
• Treasury and cash flow management
• Facilitate month-end close.
• Provide financial analysis and insight.
• Facilitate annual audit and tax preparation by outside CPA’s.
• Create and maintain annual budgets, provide variance analysis.
• Financial modeling and projections

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Strong leadership and development qualities
• Must be Analytical and have strong attention to detail.
• Healthcare industry experience is a must.
