Fix Network, parent company of Speedy Glass and NOVUS glass, an industry leader in Auto Glass Repair and Replacement for over 75 years, is proud to announce the nation’s first Auto Glass Technician Apprenticeship Program. We welcome highly motivated, driven candidates to apply for a spot in our flagship class of Auto Glass Technician Apprentices.

• Speedy Glass and NOVUS Glass offer a competitive starting salary and incremental pay raises as you gain expertise.

You will start the program at $20 an hour. When you complete the program your hourly rate will go up to $25 an hour and you will be eligible to participate in our bonus and incentive pay programs.

That is a $5 an hour raise after 14 months

Are you ready to be the Fix Network Apprenticeship Program? Here are some qualifications you’ll need to apply:

• 18 years or older
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• A state issued driver’s license or the ability to obtain one.
• Must pass a criminal background check and a motor vehicle records check.

After 14 months of classroom and hands on learning, you will be ready to take off in your auto glass career. If you are looking for a career, rather than simply a job, this opportunity may be the perfect fit for you!
