Novi Ophthalmology, PC is Hiring a Medical Office Manager Near Novi, MI
We are seeking an experienced and energetic office manager to help lead our growing practice. We have multiple locations throughout southeast Michigan with our main office in Novi. All candidates must have a proven record of leading a team either as a medical office manager or position lead. Previous ophthalmology experience is preferred but not required.
Manager will work closely with managing doctor and position coordinators on all aspects of the practice including but not limited to: staff recruitment and training, implementation and improvement of office procedures, managing patient and employee scheduling, outreach to referring offices and implementation of new practice initiatives.
Office manager must be willing to travel to all offices and fill in when needed at positions of need due to absence of other team members.
Competitive pay and benefits available and commensurate with applicant experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
