Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Location: Allen, TX

Salary: $50,000 – $80,000 (with overtime and benefits)

The Client:

Our client specializes in sheet metal fabrication in the North of Dallas and is looking to add a new Shipping and Receiving Clerk to their already established team due to their growth and work prospects since the start of 2024.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Shipping and Receiving related duties as assigned by management.
• Assume accountability for part counts, time management, and job tracking.
• Organize and combine jobs for shipment and outside services.
• Wrap, package, protect, and palletize parts for shipment.
• Prepare pack lists, coordinate shipments with shipping companies, and communicate with internal account managers.

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience and certification are required.
• Experience with UPS and FedEx databases and shipping document creation.
• Experience making deliveries using a delivery van or truck.
• The candidate’s driving record will be analyzed.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
