Are you ready to build your career by joining a healthcare provider? If so, our client is hiring Physical Therapist!
What You'll Do:

• Providing PT assessments and treatments to patients in Northwest, West, and Southwest territories.
• Patients have orthopaedic, oncological, neurological, cardiac, COPD, and other medical disorders.
• Services include admissions, initial evaluations, revisits, and re-evaluations.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical PT experience in home care, geriatrics, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to adapt to changing environments, manage a diverse caseload, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have BLS certification.
• 40 hours/week , Shift: 08:00 am-04:30 pm
