Overview

Recruiter will be responsible for partnering with Recruiting Supervisor and Hiring Managers to develop the most appropriate strategy to recruit the best talent and will execute on those plans. He/she will attract, recruit, interview and select candidates for positions based in the U.S. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Full lifecycle recruiting
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactively source candidates through various channels, as deemed appropriate (print and online ads, job boards, cold-calling, social media, networking and university career centers)
• Phone screen candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
• Work with search firms for select positions
• Present company and position in a professional manner
• Manage the presentation, selection, offer negotiation, and closing involved in full lifecycle recruiting
• Handle administrative duties required to fill positions to include updating applicant tracking system, spreadsheets and completing paperwork as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Identify qualified candidates through a number of creative outlets.
• Must have 1 year experience of full-cycle recruiting; agency experience is a plus.
• Must have experience recruiting a variety of professionals using passive techniques such as cold calling.
• Must be client driven and flexible to changing parameters and recruiting needs.
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate extreme professionalism along with excellent communication abilities, be creative problem solvers and demonstrate the ability to “think outside the box" while maintaining strong work ethic.
