Nova Leap Home Health is Hiring a CAREGIVER (Weekly Pay) Near Marion, MA

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Empathy and patience in dealing with clients
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
- Strong observational skills to recognize changes in client's condition
- Physical stamina for assisting clients with mobility
