Nova Hospitality is Hiring an Administrative Specialist Near Austin, TX

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a special sort of person to join our team. Quite simply, we want the best. We are looking for high-caliber, motivated hospitality professional who is as equally passionate about participating in creating our successful businesses and all about providing extraordinary guest service!

We offer $19.00/hr, Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits for you and your family/dependents, PTO and parking!

You Should Have & What You Should Expect

  • Monitor incoming call to restaurants and main office
  • Responding to inquiries via company email channels
  • Corresponding on company Social Media and Online platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to guest reservations for multiple restaurants
  • Responding to internal communications
  • Monitoring and corresponding with company internal communication systems
  • Facilitating and delivering prints and other media
  • Preparing printed collateral for multiple restaurants
  • Participating in weekly departmental meetings
  • Maintaining/Purchasing company office pars and supplies
  • Performing other relative duties when needed
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience with MAC, Windows
  • Experience with Opentable and Sevenrooms is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to manage workflow and timelines
  • General understanding of of social media and online platforms
