NOVA Engineering and Environmental is Hiring a Geotechnical Engineer Near Pensacola, FL

NOVA Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a Geotechnical Engineer to join our Pensacola, FL team. We are looking for recent Civil Engineering graduates or Civil/Geotechnical Engineers to support our energy sector projects across the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing geotechnical scopes of work, field logging, field inspections, field investigations, and overseeing drill rig operations
  • Geotechnical calculations, and preparation of reports
  • Responsible for preparing project proposals, managing projects, and interfacing directly with clients

Qualifications:

  • 1 years of civil/geotechnical engineering experience
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering required
  • Must have an EIT license in the US and/or be able to attain licensure within 3 months
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills and leadership ability
  • Self-sufficiency and willingness to travel throughout the US with a home base in Pensacola, FL
