As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. ### Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries, orders, and product information
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Enter customer data and update account information in the system accurately
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

### Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
