NOV is Hiring an Operations Lead Near Brighton, CO
- Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, plan and direct production activities and establish production priorities remaining consistent with company goals.
- Assist with training the inspection personnel.
- Troubleshoot problems that are occurring in the facility.
- Assist with personnel issues which may include disciplinary action and performance reviews.
- Maintains a high level of quality and safety awareness.
- All other job duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor
- Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and managing all inbound and outbound inventory.
- Assist with preparing all outbound inventory for shipment.
- Identify and receive all inbound shipments.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound inventory is input properly into the ERP system.
- Coordinate the day-to-day workload and activities with the Facility Supervisor.
- Supply and deliver work instructions to inspection and repair stations.
- Communicate with customers directly to fulfill orders, complaints, etc.
- Assisting with the basic maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure that yard staff is utilizing the proper safety procedures.
- High School Education or Equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of Management experience is preferred.
- Previous Inventory experience is preferred.
- Experience and/or knowledge of tubular products is preferred.
- Familiarity with forklifts and/or front-end loaders is required.
- Prior experience utilizing computer software is required.
- Knowledge of safety requirements for employees required.
- Hazardous Waste Storage Experience is preferred.
- $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
