We're seeking a skilled Social Media Conversion Specialist to spearhead the conversion of social media ad readers into buyers of NYSE American: VENU stock. As part of the Investor Relations division, you'll harness the power of social media platforms to engage potential investors, optimize conversion rates, and maximize returns on our advertising investments.

Summary of Position: The Social Media Conversion Specialist will spearhead the conversion of social media ad readers into buyers of NYSE American: VENU stock. As part of the Investor Relations department, this position will harness the power of social media platforms to engage potential investors, optimize conversion rates, and maximize returns on our advertising investments. The Social Media Conversion Specialist is responsible for creating brand awareness and immersion and generating online-offline continuum of investor engagement. Through a strategic, refined marketing strategy, this position will develop and execute consumer strategy across all platforms to build and increase investor confidence, trust, and motivation.
Responsibilities:
· Devise and execute targeted social media campaigns focused on converting ad readers into NYSE American: VENU stock buyers.
· Craft persuasive ad copy, compelling visuals, and effective calls to action tailored to various audience segments to drive engagement and conversion.
· Implement A/B testing methodologies to experiment with different ad creatives, messaging, and audience targeting strategies to optimize conversion rates.
· Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
· Translate insights from analytics into actionable strategies for improving campaign performance and increasing conversion rates.
· Engage with potential investors on social media platforms, addressing inquiries, providing information, and nurturing relationships to facilitate stock purchases.
· Collaborate closely with the investor relations department to align social media conversion strategies with overall marketing objectives and goals.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in social media advertising to maintain a competitive edge.
· Develop test and learn Influencer program with ambassador prototypes and determine strategic objectives and create brief for Influencers.
· Identify key press partners to provide reviews that highlight a full range of attributes.
· Create content (blogs, product page) to drive SEO.
· Develop and execute consumer strategy across social media, email, and websites.
· Generate an online - offline continuum of investor engagement.
· Review internal information: brand book, consumer data, social strategy, performance marketing strategy, media buys, brand partner relationships.
· Review external information and competitive data and marketplace analysis as necessary.
· Building off current ideation, create overall marketing strategy with a playbook outlining tactics by quarter: email, social media, blogs, performance marketing (paid search and paid social), website, influencers, PR, events, advertising and partnerships.
· Develop preliminary Marketing Calendar and continuously refine.
· Define monthly KPI’s and adjust tactics accordingly.
· Create briefs, as needed, to inform agencies and ensure marketing objectives are defined and achieved.
· Lead / support agency calls, as needed, to achieve objectives according to timeline.
· Lead strategy execution for each touchpoint: email, social media, blogs, performance marketing (paid search and paid social), website, influencers, PR, events, advertising and partnerships.
· Create briefs, as needed, to inform agencies and ensure marketing objectives are defined and achieved.
Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
· Proven experience in social media marketing with a focus on conversion optimization and driving measurable results.
· Deep understanding of social media advertising platforms, particularly Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads, with a track record of successful ad campaigns.
· Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and experience implementing experiments to optimize ad performance.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media analytics data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
· Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive ad copy and compelling messaging tailored to different audience segments.
· Creative thinker with a knack for developing engaging visual content that resonates with target audiences.
· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding conversion targets.
· Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
· Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new software and systems.
· Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, kneel, walk, balance, reach with hands and arms, use fingers and wrists, and talk and hear.
· Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds.
