We are looking for a personable, detail-oriented service advisor to join our growing organization. In this position, you will provide excellent customer service experience while handling interactions, reports and repairs. The service advisor provides the highest level of customer service working alongside the service team. As such, you must be a positive, energetic leader who excels working in a team environment and understands the importance of being efficient.

Duties and Responsibilities

*Delegate and direct service tasks; monitor the progress of all current or pending projects; working alongside the service team members to ensure the teams objectives are met

*Consistently deliver incredible customer service experiences by offering knowledge, advice and answer questions and concerns which ensures repeat customers

*Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing updating invoices, processing new orders and tracking inventory.

*Improve service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service

*Act as a source of information for all service and knowledge concerns and work processes for both employees and customers

*Collect and make notes for services provided to customers, OEMs and warranty companies.

Requirements:

*Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills

*Computer literacy and good organizational skills

*Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills

*Ability to work under pressure and handle stress

*Must be able to pass background check and random drug test

*Some weekends may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,664.23 - $75,000.00 per year
