The Director of Human Resources reporting to the Executive Vice President, will provide leadership around developing and executing Human Resource strategy in support of the overall business plan, organizational development, and strategic direction of the company. They will lead the company's efforts in the areas of talent management and leadership development. Employee benefits, performance management, compensation and employee growth and development will also be part of the position responsibilities. The individual will have primary day-to-day functions for planning, implementing, and managing all human capital related activities in addition to serving as a strategic business partner with the senior executive staff.

The successful candidate will:

Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or other related fields or equivalent experience working within an employee driven company or a combination of education, on the job training and experience.

Have 7-10 years of experience in a management level HR role. With demonstrated professional experience across HR disciplines, including organizational health, recruitment, benefits, compensation, and employee relations.

Possess exceptional listening and communication skills and have the ability to mentor, coach, and provide guidance to others.

Be a strategic thinker who can see the vision/mission of the organization and implement appropriate actions to meet the goals

Have the ability to build consensus and understand how to achieve buy in from diverse groups, build bridges and design win-win solutions
