The Chill N Grill family is looking to fill several assistant manager positions in Moncks Corner, Goose Creek, and North Charleston, SC. We are looking for teammates who are personable, organized, and team players.

Responsibilities

*Train, coach, and assist in staff development *Delegate tasks to team and work with team in providing exceptional customer service to all guests *Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed *Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service *Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, safety and security standards are met *Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed

Qualifications

*Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers *Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture *Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize *ServSafe certified a plus

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
