AMCS is a moderately sized, locally owned company seeking a full time manager for their property in Charleston SC. Pine lakes community consists of 228 units. You will be supported in your duties a full time Manager, leasing agent and a fulltime maintenance technician.
To be a successful candidate you must have excellent written and oral communication skills and a high energy personality that enjoys leasing, and resident and prospect contact. The property currently uses industry software that includes; Realpage - OPS technology, and Onesite Leasing and Rents. Three or more working years experience in the property management field as well as familiarity with these software formats is a must.
The ideal candidate will be compensated commensurate with experience and be eligible for the full benefit and vacation packages that are currently offered by AMCS.
