This position will provide direct leadership to a team of analysts that partner with various research teams and investigators to prepare and manage data resources, and contribute to analysis and reporting. The role will provide technical leadership and expertise to guide the delivery of analytics solutions. The role will be responsible for partnering with research groups to define and meet strategic reporting and analytics goals. Additionally, this role will help guide the selection and implementation of various research related technology solutions. The leader should maintain a strong working relationship with research teams outside of IS. The leader should leverage technology to meet these department goals and deliver services with agreed upon SLAs. Additionally, they should monitor, evaluate and report on the performance of the research data analysts within IS.

**This position has the opportunity to work from home. You may be asked to complete training at a Norton Healthcare facility or be able to come to a Norton Healthcare facility for business purposes. Employees in this role must reside in Kentucky or Indiana**

Required:

• Five (5) years of experience directly supporting a hospital research data department
• Bachelor Degree

Desired:

• Two (2) years of experience in a Data Analytics role
• Master Degree
• Epic certification
