Executive Assistant

Overall Function:

The goal of this position is to ensure the continuation of an efficient, effective, and organized team. This position requires a high-energy, relationally gifted individual skilled in organization and follow-through. This individual is responsible for general administrative and personal tasks such as:

• Maintain calendar and scheduling by reaching out to clients via phone and email to schedule
• Reaching out to clients to prepare for meetings and/or follow-up items
• Administrative tasks that arise
• Running personal errands, as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) & Adobe Acrobat with the ability to learn new applications and software
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to embrace change and work in a fast-paced professional environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
