Our Norwalk, CT firm is seeking professionals to join our growing practice. Our financial representatives and advisors strive to understand their clients' goals and dreams in order to develop comprehensive solutions that will help their clients reach financial success.

Even if you have no previous finance experience, we will help nurture and develop your sales and planning talents through our top training program. Our training programs have been nationally ranked and awarded as top training programs throughout the country.

  • Building a referral-based practice
  • Connecting with potential clients; being sensitive to their needs and true desires
  • Serve as the connection to your clients and collaborate with our financial planning team, mentors, and specialists to developing tailored solutions

COMPENSATION BENEFITS:

Earn compensation through paid training, stipends, commissions, bonuses, repeat business and client retention. It allows you to control what you would want to earn at any given time in your career. To give you an idea, our financial professionals are making on average about $75,000 in their first year, and there is potential for much more —
