JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for planning services coordination, assists with insurance services and client-related communication, follow-up, and service work in support of ensemble client and joint work partner needs and expectations. Assists with risk management products to include illustration presentations, administration, applications, underwriting, medical reviews, medical records, illustrations, & billing while responding to all client inquiries/requests in & investment products to include proposals, enrollments, account openings, transfers, beneficiary changes, ACH distributions, & trades while responding to all client inquiries/requests in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Participate and positively contribute in weekly planning meetings & thoroughly understand and adhere to practice mission, objectives, and strategy

• Establish and maintain credibility with clients as a service-oriented, trustworthy individual focused on creating value in accordance with client needs

• Manage client financial plans and prepare financial plans for lead advisor review/approval

• Supports administration of fee-based planning activity and submissions

• Supports firm planning practices and procedures to include standardization with Px, coordination with GA Financial Planning Department, and use of ‘Weilert Guide’ in planning sessions

• Assist with risk management product sales presentations, administration, applications, underwriting, medical reviews, medical records, illustrations, & billing

• Facilitate seamless communication with clients, GA, HO, broker (for outside product placement) and lead advisors in support of risk management application, underwriting, issuance, as well as scheduling and facilitating policy delivery meetings

• Prepare required investment account documentation supporting proposals, enrollments, transfers, trades, and withdrawals and respond to all client inquiries/requests in a timely manner

• Assist with investment related service work and functions such as account opening, beneficiary changes, ACH distributions, trades, annual reviews, alerts, and communications with clients, GA, HO, and CRMs alike to include Envestnet, NetX360, YCharts, Morningstar, 1099s, RMDs, etc.

• Assist affiliate advisors with insurance/investment review meetings as directed by Director of Operations

• Follow up calls and emails with regard to meeting summaries, information requests, scheduling, etc. (to include access to smart phone secure email and peripherals to facilitate immediate awareness of client needs/emergencies)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Well organized, self-motivated, energetic, flexible and forward thinking

• Exhibits superior judgment, high moral & ethical standards, and an appreciation for confidentiality

• Able to relate to clients from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds while demonstrating a high level of professionalism at all times

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail with superior Microsoft Office Suite capabilities (to include access to smart phone secure email and necessary peripherals)

• Life and Health licensing required within 30 days; Series 7 and 63/66 required within 6 months

• Demonstrated understanding/expertise of Px (Planning Experience) software required within first 60 days

• CLU preferred within first 18 months; ChFC/CFP preferred within first 36 months

• Bachelor’s degree required; major in finance or equivalent preferred
