NMC is currently recruiting for a RN in the ED. This position is a full-time (72 hours bi-weekly) position, hours are 11a-11p and every other weekend. 8 hours of call per pay period.

• JOB SUMMARY
  • The Emergency Department Registered Nurse plans and implements nursing care for patients in the Emergency Department according to established policies and procedures while performing direct patient care for patients of all age groups and under a wide variety of circumstances.
• PREREQUISITES
  • Education:
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Vermont
  • Experience:
    • At least one year of clinical experience preferred
  • Certifications Required:
    • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, as required or obtained within 6 months if a new graduate.

And PALS, TNCC, ENPC, and CEN preferred.
