We are looking for an AT&T Brand Ambassador that is eager to join a rapidly growing company and have an immediate impact. We do not offer any telemarketing, retail, or graphic design positions.
Responsibilities:
- Working with residential customers to identify their technology and telecommunication needs
- Develop and manage relationships with clients, agencies, and advertisers
- Understand current sales and marketing trends and the needs of our clients
- Troubleshooting and customer service needs for the customers
- Working with upper management to recognize trends in the territories
