Description
We are looking for an experienced LVT to join our team!
and more!
If you’re ready to rekindle your love-affair with veterinary medicine, come join a group of highly skilled professionals who are reinventing the people-experience, both for our clients and team members.
Are you looking for gratifying work that feeds your soul and allows you to focus solely on the care of animals? We understand that no two technicians are the same. Whether you’re a brand-new Technician or an experienced Vet Tech, PetMedic Hospitals offers the space and resources to shape and develop your career, on your own terms, based on your individual goals.
We hear stories all the time of Vet Techs who have worked in the industry for years but are looking to exit the field because they’re nearing burn out or feeling overwhelmed with veterinary medicine. We’re committed to doing things differently.
We started the PetMedic Hospitals practice group with our first practice, Seven Hills Pet Hospital in 2009 with a clear mission to help as many pets as we possibly can, serve our community and support the next generation of freethinkers working in veterinary medicine. Over the past twelve years, we’ve grown to four practices located throughout the Las Vegas valley and we have goals of continued expansion. We recognize the gaps in the industry, and we collaborate regularly with our team to update our systems and processes, ensuring each Technician gets the time, support and tools s/he needs to practice the best medicine possible, while ensuring our clients and patients also receive the highest quality of care we can provide.
We know that a balanced tech is a happy tech, which is why we are strong advocates of work-life-balance and offer an attractive hiring package complete with generous PTO, highly competitive compensation, benefits, complimentary wellness plans for your pets and more, outlined below.
Because we’re fast-growing, our techs receive more than just a competitive compensation package - they have an opportunity to grow their career in other meaningful ways, based on their individual goals. This position has the ability to lead into a Lead Veterinary Technician position and/or Practice Manager role down the line, depending on individual goals.
