Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and experienced dental front office team member that could be trained in dental management and operations to oversee the operations of two practices. The Management Trainee will be responsible for learning all aspects of dental operations to include: check in, check out, treatment plan presentation, team scheduling, patient flow, doctor's scheduling templates, etc. and well s learning the day to day operations

Responsibilities:
- Train to manage daily operations of the practice, including check in, check out, treatment planning, productive and efficient scheduling, staffing, team building, patient communications, and inventory management
- Train in coordination of the work of front office team, receptionists, and other support staff
- Learn company policies and procedures are being followed
- Train in compliance with relevant regulations, including HIPAA guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dental front office, Oral Surgery experience a plus and experience with dental practice management systems
- Knowledge of OMS Vision and/or WinOMS systems a plus
- Good knowledge of insurance billing processes
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, clients, and vendors
- Knowledge of critical care procedures and hospital cases is a plus
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
