Who is Northwest Dental
Eric Hansen, owner of Northwest Dental began his career as a denturist at a very young age. His father and himself attended Idaho State University and Oregon Denturist College becoming licensed in 1988. Teaming up with other denturists across the state, they worked together to pass Initiative 607 with formally recognized the denturist profession.
Northwest Dental started as a small clinic in Deming, Washington. Now 35 years later, Eric operates four dental offices in Washington State with full time dentists and denturists working in each.
Throughout the last 35 years, Eric and team have been pioneering the dental field in dental and denture technology, continuing to grow and learn. This not only has been exciting for the staff, but it also allows us to better care for our patients, that we truly value.
What We are Looking For: Dental Assistant
Northwest Dental is looking for a dental assistant to join our office! This position will work directly with our doctor and patients assisting in general dentistry procedures. We are looking for an assistant Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday's.
Credentials: Registered Dental Assistant and current CPR/First Aid card
Experience: Two years of dental assisting experience
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on patient care
Software: Proficient and knowledgeable in Dentrix
Multi-tasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks at once.
