Location: Tacoma, WA

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 6 hour shifts, anytime after 5 pm

Wage:$22 - $24.50 per hour

Essential Duties:

Cleaning and sanitizing common areas
Wiping down the entrance doors and Windows
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
Sweeping, Vacuuming, Mopping
Carpet cleaning – Training will be provided!
Performing needed spot cleaning
Stocking supplies in various areas

Requirements:

Consistent and proper use of necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Regular and reliable attendance
High attention to detail
Ability to maintain efficient self-direction and organization for daily tasks
Able to work effectively and diplomatically with contract site personnel
Consistently lift and carry up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
Able to handle physical labor, including standing, lifting, crouching, and reaching
