Overview:

Critical contributor to Northwell's Innovation & Transformation team in advancing institutional priorities & roadmap programs. Able to translate leadership directives into actionable tasks & execute against them to move forward key projects. Looking for versatile candidates who are ambitious, curious, able to learn quickly, and willing to "wear many hats" to ensure team success. An ideal applicant would be detail-oriented, as comfortable diving into financial modeling / quantitative analyses as building cross-team interpersonal relationships, and interested in driving significant impact for patients, clinicians, and other health system personas and/or constituents.

1. Assists leadership with executing on all aspects of the strategic initiative life cycle, from conducting detailed project discovery to inform scoping, to supporting leadership in the analyses needed to inform the partnership structural design or negotiations, to measuring and reporting on KPIs & other progress indicators, and more
2. Able to foster and maintain strong relationships with multi-disciplinary stakeholder sets - including working to understand their competencies, processes, and needs, defining collaboration workstreams and feedback cadence, and facilitating internal alignment in progressing key projects.
3. Able to independently frame & conduct quantitative analyses, including explanatory analyses of impact such as ROI / value modeling, while understanding & incorporating stakeholder feedback. Strong competency in excel, and familiarity with business case development, refinement, & presentation.
4. Self-driven, able to appropriately pace completion of necessary tasks & prioritize amongst simultaneously processing workstreams. Consistently able to deliver high quality, accurate work with few errors. Open to feedback & quick to learn.

Provides guidance and mentorship to team members. Leads the coordination of project planning, support documents, presentation of deliverables, and implementation of a more complex nature. Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities, mutual goals/objectives, and facilitate strategic alliances.

Job Responsibility

6.Uses knowledge and skills to contribute to evaluating the likely financial impact of proposed new services; assists leadership with establishing infrastructure, identifying resources, setting up and operationalizing initiatives.
7.Assist in identifying strategic partners. Serves as liaison and fosters communication between organizations as applicable.
8.Recommends scheduling of work assignments and daily priorities; checks and assigns work to ensure accurate and timely completion of goals and objectives.

Job Qualification

*Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*5-7 years of relevant experience, required.

• Candidates with graduate degrees and/or exceptional or highly relevant experience are encouraged to apply if they have less 5 years of overall professional experience
