This role will primarily focus on the Mt Washington Valley and North Country

This role develops and facilitates training for/to Northway Bank’s retail branch system employees. Responsible for creation and development of all facets of operational, systems, sales, and other retail banking technical training. Develops curriculum, with input from key internal constituents, to ensure employee readiness and effectiveness in support of delivering Retail Branch system & Northway Bank strategic objectives.

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and training curriculums/courses, updating training documentation and presentation materials to ensure consistency with customer experience standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
