Medical Assistant/RPM Technician

Northtowns Cardiology, PLLC

Outpatient, private practice, cardiology office.

Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct remote patient monitoring via our Vital sights software
2. Placement of both short and long term Holter Monitors, MCT, and Event Monitors.
2. Learn and proficiently utilize software systems for uploading Holter
data and managing inventory.
3. Provide assistance to patients via phone calls regarding monitor usage,
troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
4. Utilize Medent software to send and edit documents related to patient
monitoring and documentation.
5. Collaborate with medical staff and ensure accurate documentation and
reporting of patient data.
6. Maintain inventory of monitoring devices and supplies, including
ordering and restocking as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred.
2. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
3. Experience with Medent software is highly desirable.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to learn new software systems and procedures quickly.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
