Northstar Properties is Hiring a Property Manager Near Phoenix, AZ
Seeking dependable property manager to help with property management tasks in NORTH PHOENIX. The job duties include:
* Opening and processing incoming mail.
* Making in-person bank deposits.
* Recording residents monthly rental .
* Taking incoming phone calls from residents.
* Creating work orders for property maintenance.
* Making court appearances for evictions.
* Occasional travel between properties.
* Creating property rental leases.
* Some light bookkeeping.
* Ability to be resourceful and take initiative to resolve tenant and employee issues (i.e. conflict resolution)
* Spanish-speaking would be helpful, but not required.
Qualifications:
* Proficient with the English language.
* Good grasp of basic mathematics.
* Basic computer skills required.
* Professional appearance for occasional court visits.
* Dependable transportation.
* Residing in North Phoenix area is preferable.
* Good attention to detail.
* Responsible, prompt, and punctual.
* Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
