Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Quick Lane Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Quick Lane service center, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Quick Lane service center.
• Lead and motivate a team of service technicians and support staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of vehicle service and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and other supplies as needed.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Proven leadership abilities with the ability to manage staff effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
