Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Pawn Broker to join our team. As a Pawn Broker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting retail sales, and managing pawn transactions. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Evaluate items brought in for pawn or sale
- Negotiate loan terms and purchase prices with customers
- Process pawn transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Display merchandise in an organized and appealing manner
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries
- Assist with stock management and inventory control
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of pawn industry practices is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
- Excellent time management skills
- Comfortable handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is desirable
