Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each child
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow
- Provide a variety of activities and experiences to promote physical, mental, and social development
- Monitor and document children's progress and behavior
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom

Experience:
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching young children
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with early intervention techniques
- Experience working in a daycare or preschool setting
- Strong background in math, physical education, and toddler care
- Understanding of child welfare and development theories
- Knowledge of Montessori or other childcare methodologies
