Bright Light Academy, LLC is Hiring an Experienced Early Learning Assistant Teacher Near Pittsburgh, PA
- Collaborate with the lead and assistant teachers to assist and implement daily lesson plans and activities
- Help create a safe and stimulating classroom environment for toddlers, preschoolers, and pre-k students
- Monitor and engage with children during playtime, meals, and other daily routines
- Provide individual and group support to children as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and progress
- Have two years experience working with children
- Able to pass state, federal, and child abuse background checks
- 18 years or older and legally able to work in the United States
- A love for children and a desire to work with toddlers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Be able to lift up to 40lbs, see, hear & sit on the floor with children
- Must be patient, nurturing, and able to create a positive learning environment
