The Regional Clinical Services Manager will manage the clinical support team members in their assigned region and collaborate with others in the leadership team to ensure full integration of nursing functions into the operations of the health center. They will oversee clinical performance, including development and implementation of protocols and standardization of work. They will serve as a clinical resource and role model for clinical support team members, and will manage the hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluation of all clinical support team members. 

Essential Functions:

• Manage and provide leadership to the clinical support staff (MA, RN, LPN, and clinical support staff) for assigned region, including the hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluation of staff. Works closely with the onsite management structure and other regional managers to ensure full integration of nursing functions into the operations of the health center.
• Participate in current process review and development of new and/or revised clinical workflows, tools, processes, policies and procedures relating to clinical support staff responsibilities.
• Develops and implements use of educational materials and ongoing training plans to ensure staff have the necessary clinical information and resources needed to meet clinical objections.
• Act as a resource person for clinical support staff regarding all aspects of day-to-day operations. Strengthen and enhance operational performance goals and outcomes through alignment of clinical care across all centers and identification of opportunities for appropriate standardization and directing the delivery of clinical care.
• Ensure smooth and efficient processing of patients in the department, ensuring established quality assurance, UDS, and infection control standards are performed according to policy.
• Engage in performance improvement activities and act as an agent of positive change by looking for innovative ways to improve processes and advance clinical excellence.
Perform other necessary duties as required by NorthShore to achieve the goal of providing excellent health care and customer service as a Patient-Centered Medical Home.
