Summary

We are looking for a high performing individual who thrives in a team environment. This role is a critical contributor to the success of the organization, driving valuable information and insights. Our ideal candidate is service-focused and will be responsible for our client’s portfolio management activities; primarily trading and rebalancing, as well as investment performance review and asset allocation review. The Associate will serve as a business partner to members of the Investment Team and Client Experience Team.

The Associate is one of the primary points of contact for Advisors. The ideal candidate will ensure a high level of client support is delivered in a responsive manner with exemplary advice. The Associate may handle incoming questions on client portfolios and investments.

Essential Functions

• Monitor trading requests and be part of the team primarily responsible for trading
• Monitor portfolios for portfolio drift and manage cash balances
• Monitor and assist internal partners with critical client work, including:
• Investment implementation and portfolio rebalancing
• Generating reports and data mining for various portfolio management tasks
• Performance reporting and evaluation
• Verbal and written communication to clients pertaining to investment information or other investment related requests
• Tax-loss harvesting
• Work with team members from Operations and Client Service to ensure accurate and high-quality client deliverables
• Coordinate analysis and responses to ad-hoc client and team member inquiries
• Learn and adapt to new software and technology
• Actively engage in available training and education programs
• Actively engage in projects to increase operational efficiency and scalability

Required Education & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Interest in a CFA or CAIA designation
• 1 year(s) of experience in the financial services industry
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage lateral and upwards
• Emotional maturity and professional mindset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
