Office Administrator - Duluth (onsite)
Our client is seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager/Administrator to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. 
Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage office staff, including clerical and administrative employees
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Handle financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and follow up on aging invoices
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Oversee the filing system for both physical and electronic documents
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, projects
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as necessary
- Ensure proper phone, email, and text etiquette is maintained by all office staff

Requirements:

· Previous experience in administration or office management

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks

· Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
