Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Miami Gardens, FL

Job Description: Are you good with numbers and organized? Do you like working with money? If yes, then being an Accounts Receivable Clerk might be the job for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Invoicing: Help make sure our customers get their bills on time by preparing and sending out invoices.
  2. Payments: Keep track of payments from customers and make sure they get recorded correctly in our system.
  3. Customer Communication: Talk to customers about their bills, answer questions, and help solve any payment problems.
  4. Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of all the money coming in, so our company knows how much we're owed and how much we've been paid.
  5. Reporting: Help prepare reports about our accounts receivable, so our team knows how we're doing financially.

Requirements:
