Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently process and post incoming payments aligned with our set financial standards.
2. Guarantee timely and accurate transaction handling.
3. Conduct thorough reconciliations of the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all postings are correct.
4. Create detailed financial summaries highlighting the accounts receivable situation.
5. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address and rectify payment disparities.
6. Oversee collections for overdue accounts.
7. Keep systematic and precise records of all cash application proceedings.
8. Support the month-end closing operations.
9. Champion and suggest enhancements in our payment processing methods to boost efficiency.

Requirements:

• Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in roles such as Accounts Receivable Clerk or Cash Application Specialist.
• Strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles and credit practices.
• Proficient in MS Office, notably Excel, and comfortable with accounting software.
• Stellar communication skills.
• Aptitude for juggling multiple priorities simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• An emphasis on detail, precision, and responsibility.

Compensation Details:

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $72,000 annually, contingent upon experience.
