REQUIREMENTS:

• CPA
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance or related
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills for communicating with both department heads and investors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform full-cycle month-end, quarterly-end, and year-end close activities to include a detailed review and financial statement preparation with associated supporting schedules by deadlines
• Supervise A/P and A/R functions performed to include data entry of vendor/subcontractor invoices and job costing/coding, assuring all activity was processed without inaccuracies and carried out in a timely manner
• Manage internal processes of daily accounting including Job Costing, WIP, and General Ledger Maintenance
• Perform full-cycle month-end, quarterly-end, and year-end close activities to include a detailed review and financial statement preparation with associated supporting schedules by deadlines
• Forecast cash flow for effective cash management
• Project and report on project profitability; budget vs. actual, while reporting on any deviations and investigating any items with high variances
