**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Addiction Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling and support to individuals struggling with addiction, helping them on their path to recovery.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy
- Offer crisis intervention and management services as needed
- Utilize behavior management techniques to assist clients in developing coping strategies
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with coding and documentation standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including hospitals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
