The Customer Service Desk primary role is to professionally greet Northern Wholesale customers that are coming into pick up product. Our city desk associates make sure that orders are complete, in good shape, and in correct quantities. Other responsibilities include balancing the cash drawer daily. When not servicing customers, this role is responsible to perform certain warehouse functions including putting away and selecting high dollar items stored in a secured section of the warehouse adjacent to the City Desk area.

**Primary Duties:**

Greet customers in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.

Accurately select orders placed by local dealers for pick up

Collect payments from customers for orders and daily balance cash drawer

Assist warehouse with product selection and shelving

Maintain secure inventory and secure area access

Promote a safe, clean, and respectful work environment

Perform other responsibilities as requested

Requirements **Qualifications**:

Ability to lift 50lbs.

Strong customer service skills

Strong computer skills

Detail orientated

Fast paced with lots of walking

Good communication skills

Ability to be on your feet all day

Attention to detail and accuracy

Can-do attitude
