Position: Convenience Store Manager
Location: Remer Junction in Remer, MN.
Job Type: Full-time, In person

Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales monitoring, and staff supervision.
· Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
· Train, coach, and motivate team members.
· Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
· Maintain store cleanliness, organization and safety.
· Manage inventory levels, ordering, and receiving to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
· Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
· Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
· Previous retail management experience, preferably in a convenience store or similar setting.
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills and enthusiastic about creating positive experiences for customers.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and possibly holidays
· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
