YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As an Overnight Assistant Team Lead, you're the driving force behind a well-oiled production team. Teaming up with the leader, you provide tools, information, and support to conquer production goals. Safety is a commitment, and you actively maintain a secure working environment. You play a key role in implementing process changes and create a workplace where everyone feels heard and valued. From training to feedback, you're there every step of the way, preventing issues from leaving the facility. You're a leader who elevates morale, safety, and pride!

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• High school diploma
• Supervisory experience in the manufacturing industry
• 2 years of related technical experience or 2 years of on-the-job training
• Completion of all four of NPP's Internal Skills Enhancement Certification programs
• Strong working knowledge of the plastics manufacturing production process, extrusion machinery, and related quality requirements
• Strong working knowledge of the equipment, materials, methods, and practices used in plastics manufacturing and extrusion operations.
