Job Overview for Kindergarten to 5th grade teachers

The teacher shall prayerfully guide students in the understanding of a Biblical world view, through the skillful dissemination of subject content, that will reinforce the development of mature, able, and responsible Christian men and women to the praise and glory of God. We are looking for team players that are self-starters, love Jesus and children, and want to combine these two important aspects of education. Our greatest accomplishment and hope as teachers is that every child will know that they are special and created in God’s image. • Experience with the ABEKA curriculum
• Previous experience working with elementary school-aged children preferred
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and educational theories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and behavior
