Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Participant to join our team. As a Participant, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals in need. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a passion for helping others.
Duties:
- Provide childcare and supervision for participants
- Assist with file management and documentation
- Collaborate with behavioral health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct case management activities, including coordinating services and resources for participants
- Utilize social work principles to assess participant needs and provide appropriate interventions
- Communicate effectively with participants, their families, and other team members
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive outcomes
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and crisis intervention techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with case management practices and social work ethics is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Certificate or degree in a relevant field is desirable
