Caledonia Home Health Care & Hospice is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic addition to our team! This 32 hour position will provide home visits to mothers and their families in the Northeast Kigndom of Vermont. Visits include nursing assessment, case management and psychosocial support. BSN strongly preferred and current Vermont RN license and CPR certification is required. Two years of recent experience in maternal/child health, public health, home visiting or mental/behavioral nursing is preferred. Must be able to travel within Vermont for all face-to-face education sessions. Our competitive benefits package includes health, dental, vision, LTD, Life, 403b and generous Earned Time.
