Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with Mechanical and Welding Expertise to play a crucial role in maintaining and organizing our fleet, dispatching employees, and managing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in boat maintenance plus mechanical and welding skills

This role demands a highly organized individual prepared to create and implement procedures and systems to enhance operational efficiency. The Operations Manager reports directly to Head of Sales & Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain boat and vehicle and engine maintenance schedules.
• Implement and manage effective systems and procedures.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of employees.
• Dispatch employees to job sites, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Prepare and manage the necessary equipment for each project.
• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, and purchasing.
• Drive trailers and tow boats up to 26 feet as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Work effectively with Head of Sales and Operations.
• Available to work weekends and handle urgent situations as they come up.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to think on your feet.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in creating and managing operational procedures.
• Skilled in dispatching and managing personnel.
• Proven experience in boat and engine maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and welding welding skills.
• Experience in towing and driving trailers.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Weekend availability.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors.

Preferred:

• Experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and business development techniques.

What We Offer:

• This is a salaried position with a range of $65,000- $75,000 annual compensation.
