Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a medical office setting.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with medical billing and coding tasks
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers
- Manage the front desk area and ensure cleanliness and organization

Skills:
- Experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such Allscripts
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks
