Visit us at NKHS.org Check out Life in the NEK of Vermont RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE Supervises Front Porch staff clinically and administratively, managing on-call services and schedules, and facilitating staff meetings.Audits and authorizes staff services in the electronic medical records system, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.Evaluates staff performance, providing recommendations for enhancement and reporting on effectiveness.Reviews documentation of Urgent Care staff, ensuring services meet standards and deadlines.Assists in program budgeting and financial monitoring, overseeing state grants and contracts.Provides situational coverage as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Requires Master’s degree and applicable experience, and willing to work towards Licensure.(LCMHC) Must be State QMHP certified or gain certification within six months of assuming position. Certification or licensure as an alcohol and drug counselor is desirable but not required (CADC or LADC). Also requires at least 4 years mental health field experience at a professional level. Supervisory experience strongly preferred. Must successfully complete Agency Background checks and have reliable transportation, appropriate vehicle insurance ($100,000/$300,000) and a valid driver’s license.
